Steve Rider is President of “The Rider Elite Team” at Keller Williams Realty, one of the top producing teams in the nation with just under $80 million in sales volume.
Born in Texas and a Valley resident since 1973, With both parents in Real Estate, it was only natural for Steve to follow suit. A broker since 1980, Steve has won numerous awards– including a President’s Award, the Top Producing Team and the National Sales Trainer. Additionally, he is licensed in California and Arizona.
Steve’s business philosophy is focused on helping others: “From Realtors to customers, you have to give first before you receive anything in return. We listen so we can understand the needs of our customer. We stay in constant communication, consult with our client, work with lots of buyers, and give our clients room and knowledge to make an informed decision with no pressure.”
Steve feels that the best way to provide quality customer service is through a team of professionals all working for his clients. With a full time office staff of three and a team of licensed real estate agents available to assist in the handling of any transaction, we can provide the highest level of service to our customers 24/7.
But don’t think Steve is all work and no play. His life is a happy balance between work and family. He and his wife, Beth, met at the Tempe Arts Festival and dated for seven years before tying the knot. Their son Alexander is “the apple of our eye!”
